lots of parts and easy to get items switched up, but when you are finished, it was worth it. I did set mine to recline by leaving off two screws. the kids love it. the colors are so fun. i did put a piece of wood in the cup holder and in the extra holder because their snacks fell through the wood. buy it, they are only young for a little while.
