This seems to be some quality cookware so far. The ceramic coating is the safest thing you can get. Most older non stick pans have forever chemicals in them, once in your body they never go away. This would be Teflon and derivatives of it. The pans will be used on gas and eventually induction. They aren't quite as thick on the bottom as I would have liked, this keeps them from warping. Nothing worse than a pan where your oil runs to the sides. I have liked other Ninja products so lets hope these perform well. The only thing missing from the line would be a large skillet.

so far so good! beautiful sturdy set. i see people say that they already have stains and I feel that they are not reading the care instructions. it's specifically says not to spray with the nonstick sprays that if you want to add anything add a little butter or oil to the pan but not the aerosol sprays which do stain. I don't know why you would need anything anyway it's been totally non-stick so far and being on the cautious side I'm not using metal utensils and I'm hand washing which is super easy since it's nonstick just to keep the pots and pans and excellent condition
