When I received it the package was damaged the FedEx person was in the truck for 15 minutes picking up the loose pieces (no cap) the younger me was upset but the older me accepted the challenge Over all it turned out to be a good product I laid out the piece and followed the instructions I am suggesting a sturdier packaging.

The color in pics is not accurate

I'm impressed by the quality for the price. It is heavy and sturdy! It doesn't seem like it would scratch easily. It was packaged really well-tons of cardboard. It took a couple hours for me to put it together alone but the instructions were easy-be sure to read carefully about inserting the drawers correctly. I did need a little extra glue for making sure the dowels were extra secure; the small tube just wasn't enough for me. The reason I gave a rating of 3 out of 5 is that the pictures all show a warm, honey/golden shade. I was hoping it would look well with my golden/honey oak trim and doors in my house. It's actually a duller color, not as orange as in the photos.
