Wow, just wow! I have been praying for the menopause fairy fo visit me so that I can get away from pads and all that mess. the doctor informs me that perimenopause can last 10 years. HUGE UNHAPPY SIGH... Until today! I was on the heaviest day of my cycle, I'm on blood thinners to keep me alive, it was 98° outside, and I had plans to be out and about today. plans I made months in advance and my menses just happened flux and move around until it landed on my flooding day on the day of my plans. I hate period diapers. they can say disposable panties all they want, at the end of the day... they feel like a diaper. which I usually don't mind, But... the prices of pads and disposable period panties/diapers have gone up so much, I decided to try reusable period panties. they arrived without issue, they are pretty, and I was fearing they would be too tight or too loose or be super uncomfortable. I put those on, they fit great! wasn't hot at all! very comfortable! not too loose, not too tight, just right. which is weird for me. in my fear that I'd leak my menses everywhere, I put on a pair of regular panties on over the period panties, only the regular panties had an overnight pad on it, in case I leaked. I was out, in the blazing heat, running errands, doing a small snack shop, then going to my dinner plans. seven hours my body drained into these period panties. at the end of the night, not a single drop got past them... Wow! I have never met a pad or a disposable period panty/diaper that could even do that! I was super amazed! especially since I didn't buy the super ones, I was wearing the moderate flow ones. I bet the super ones would last me ALL DAY! I'm so happy about these! so happy, in fact, I am buying more in all flows and all types. these were high rise briefs. now I'm getting high rise, bikini, and boy shorts! I'm a big girl, and these fit amazing without rolling! goodbye expensive pads and the such... hello reusable period panties that will cut down on waste and help the environment while I keep from having irritated skin. I'll also have more money in my wallet now! cue the happy dance!
