Disappointing experience

The whole experience has been very disappointing. I will never purchase a large item from Walmart again on line. I did not know the purchase was through a third party. The bike does not meet my needs. I cannot ride it. I called local Walmart store about returning the bike. I was told on the phone that I could return it to the store if I had the original packaging. I drove 25 miles each way, only to be told that I had to contact the third party for return instructions. I was given a small piece of receipt paper with the information. I followed the instructions given and received a reply that I would receive return instructions within 48 hours. It is over that time now and no instructions. I feel that I have wasted $370 and much time and effort. Maybe my experience is something unique, maybe an older adult should not shop on line but this has been a learning experience for me, be it a very negative learning experience.
