Crappy customer service

Bye over $600 bed came broken call Walmart they told me I'd have to box it back up after taking it all out of the box bring it back to them since it's a second seller I have to have them mail it back to them and then see if they want to give me my money back or mail me a different one which would take about a month probably instead of offering me a discount or anything else that's what I would have to go through I told him I would rather just take it for a hit after spending over $2,400 on the total order all from Walmart I think next time I would rather buy from different company like Amazon at least your company service is a little better I think every time I've dealt with them they've made it right.
