Beautyrest Amara Ergonomic Manager Office Chair with Padded Armrest for Teens and Adults, Ivory

At first I was a little upset because it wasn't a lighter tan like in the photo, like I was looking for. When I opened it the chair was a bit darker duller, greyer tan. I desperately needed a new chair so I decided to keep it. My tail bone was hurting so bad from my last chair. When I was putting this together I went pretty smoothly until I got to the last arm, one of the screws were deformed where the wrench goes in at. I dug through my husband's tools (deployed) and found something I could jam in there to get it to turn and tighten. Once together it's good, comfortable I guess. It doesn't recline or move backwards in any way like it says it does, or maybe it does if you're like a really big person and you have more weight to ya but it hasn't budged for me. It's comfortable to sit on and that's all I needed. Hasn't tipped over or given me a scare with a wild toddler climbing on it so I'd say it's pretty sturdy. No issues with the wheels.
