dehydrating my mushrooms

so far so good, doing a good job dehydrating my mushrooms. i wish the trays were a bit taller, but when I have thick mushrooms, I put a sheet of food wrap film, like seran wrap, and it does just fine and the mushrooms shrink down and the trays come into place.. I is overall smaller than I expected. check the measurements

Man my only regret is not buying one sooner. since receiving it, I have made 1.2lb beef jerky, 2lb pork jerky, and banana, apple, orange about 5lbs. I have 5lbs of London broiler to use next. I love it and i have eaten almost everything from it for the past week.

I have had this little dehydrator for a few months now, I have used it several times and it has not failed me! I never thought I would use one and my husband ordered it for jerky and I have used it and used it since. I would recommend this one if you are in looking to purchase, easy to use and yes they are a little bulky but if you like to save food and money this would be the one to use!
