I got this for my guest room and it is just as light and airy as it appears in the pictures. There is one drawback...I have a queen bed, ordered a king comforter and it is still too short on the sides for my liking if the flower design is placed up and down from head to foot. It works when placed sideways, it is just a bummer. I do have a thick mattress, but I fail to see how it would adequately cover a king bed.
