Wonderful Smart Lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this lock, it took about 30 min to install and was SUPER EASY! You can use the standard key or the keypad to open/close. It gives you the option to open/close with your phone via the app and also gives you notification every time the lock is opened/closed. You can assign different codes to different family members and you also have a log when it is used. You can also restrict times that the lock can be accessed which is an added security benefit. I am just amazed at how much technology has come to help us in life. Not sure if you locked the door, open your app and check and then lock if needed. Need to let someone inside in event of emergency, open app and unlock. PERFECT!

Awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never tried one of these Touchscreen Smart Locks, so I was pretty excited to get this one! First thought after opening the box is that it's a nice size and sharp looking! I couldn't wait to get it on our door. My husband and I spent some time looking over the instructions and getting it installed. It wasn't super difficult but took some time. But it looks great! The app was easy to find and download. I like that it walks you through everything. As someone who tends to loose their keys, I was pretty excited to have a key pad. We set up our code and it works perfectly! The only issue I have run into so far is the wifi side of things. I think that has to do with the speed of our wifi though. It tends to be slower when we are in certain rooms. But when my signal is strong it works perfectly! We have lots of doors in our home and I would absolutely replace all the locks with one of these! It's awesome and so nice if you have lots of people coming in and out. No need for extra keys... just give them the code! I would definitely recommend getting one (or multiples) of these awesome Smart Locks!!!

An excellent product, except for battery cover

I purchased 3 of these locks for my home and they have worked great. It is nice that I can check and see if the locks have been locked. If not they can be locked remotely with the app. I have one lock set to lock automatically 2 minutes after being unlocked. I do have an issue with the plastic battery covers. The tabs that hold the covers on have broken on 2 of the locks so I have them taped on. I would be happy to purchase replacements but I can't find replacements anywhere. There is a 65198 number molded in the plastic but I can't find any replacements. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
