Instructions were not included as advertised.

This item was advertised as including instructions. I emailed the seller twice to inform them that there were no instructions included. First they advised me to check the package for the instructions. I advised them a second time that all that was in the shipping package was the templates. Then they offered a $4 refund and that I did not have to return the templates. I did find a Simplicity pattern with instructions I can use. This was not a good experience.
