Some advice

OK, i am writing not about this but about a book i ordered. first, it was a couple bucks more than amazon, which surprised me. Second, it is taking a week to arrive. Wow. Very old fashioned of you. Third, I wanted to send it as a gift and could not easily see how to do that via the web, so that needs to be made clearer..... I love you guys....but you are just not quite at Amazon level yet. I prefer you because i can't remmeber my amazon prime password and my wife won't give it to me becaeu i have forgotten it 4,000 times!
