Equate Whey Protein Powder, Smooth Vanilla, 24 oz

This protein powder makes incredible and health shakes! Pick up a bag of Great Value frozen fruit, I like the pineapple, strawberry, peach and mango mixed fruit. Put about 3/4 cup of the fruit, still frozen, in your blender, add a scoop of the protein powder and a cup of milk. Blend until smooth. It is so good and very filling! The chocolate flavored powder is really good too! I add frozen bananas and sometimes a little peanut butter along with the powder and milk.

This is great because it has the same macros as the more expensive Optimum Nutrition. Like Optimum Nutrition, this one is made of a blend of whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate with isolate listed first. I'm not a fan of any whey protein flavor by itself, so I always make it in fruit smoothies. Usually with cheap protein powders I can taste the whey, but this vanilla one blends in nicely with frozen berries. Would recommend to anyone on a budget.
