THESE ARE GREAT FOR KEEPING YOUR PRIVACY WHILE AT THE SAME TIME LETTING IN LIGHT AND AIR TO KEEP HOME BRIGHT AND COOL!! I HAVE MANY HOUSE PLANTS THAT NEED LIGHT BUT AT TIMES THE SUN IS JUST TOO HOT AND THESE WORK GREAT LETTING IN THE LIGHT THEY NEED BUT KEEPING OUT THE HOT SUN AS WELL AS LETTING THE FRESH AIR IN WITH THAT SAME PRIVACY!! WE PUT THEM IN OUR BEDROOM AND WE LIKED THEM SO MUCH WE BOUGHT ANOTHER SET TO PUT ON OUR FRONT DOOR!!

I think these Lumino Sheer Rod Curtains are very nice. But they are ultra sheer and definitely see-through. Although the package does state Let's is Sunshine, Let's in fresh air, Maintains your privacy... You can definitely see through them. So if you are concerned with visibility from outside you may want to go with a heavier, more opaque fabric. I think the sheerness is lovely and delicate. They need either blinds or a window shade for privacy though. They are a little bit stiff when you take them out of the package. So I would suggest to wash and dry them and they become so soft and flowing. I put them in the washer on delicate and then in the dryer on delicate as well. They laundered just fine, and it made a big difference in how they hang and it took the creases out without having to press them.
