Excellent for studio apartment or dorm.

easy assembly, easy attachment of my tv (43" Hisesnse), I am stronger and larger than normal so I do recommend two person task to attach the tv. Tools included other than the screw driver. It easily rolls over my shallow carpet excellent alternative to wall attachment since I like to watch tv in my kitchenette also, and stow it away when I need to.

I bought this so I can have TV in bed. it fits perfectly in our tiny camp trailer and we actually have a 65 in TV on it and it is perfect for it. it rolls around and the wheels lock in place as well which is a nice feature. the tray is perfect and removable if you need that out of the way. it also comes with velcro straps for the cords. I'm very glad I bought the one with the power strip. it is exactly perfect for what I needed it for. happy customer! would 100% recommend!
