Picture this: new TV, old DVD player. I tried various things. This one worked and did what it said it would. Picture is clear and sound is good on my 32 inch Roku TV. Can't say if it will work for every situation but it made it possible for us to watch our old DVD movies on the new set. Thank you.

Works as it should. I do not recommend getting if you have a television bigger than a 32in though. It stretches the pixels way too much, distorting the picture greatly. On a 32in, it works great. Excellent picture there and sound. Not bad for the price. I understand that there may be more expensive ones that do better. That's fine if you have the money for them. If you need something quick and cheap that works great, than this is it.
