A perfect way to expand the expiration date on your milk. If you use milk mostly for cooking and baking, powder milk is best way to save more so that you don't waste milk that hasn't been use within 7-12 days. They shelf life if proper stored can last years. I keep this as staple in my pantry for when a a recipe calls for milk, but I din't want buy a gallon and it go bad before I am able to use it.
