Unbelievable how easy to use. Blades are ridiciously sharp, on the downside, for about the 3rd time now I got a microcut from putting the blades back together after cleaning them. Works great on onions, celery, and carrots. I did find that if I use it too long, it will move the cuts more to a mush, but that's still okay when making soups or hiding the veggies from my picky eater kids.

Plenty of power in a small package. Easy to assemble, operate and clean. Just a couple pulses minced an apple without turning it to mush. This little powerhouse chopped up a bag of hazelnuts so quick, too. For small quantities of chopping, it's perfect! I now have the power of a big food processor, in the small size I needed.
