Good chair, junk -- Shiatsu Massage
The chair without the massaging part is great. The Shiatsu massage option (the main reason I bought the chair in the first place) is horrible. Very, very noisy ...lots of squeaking sounds against the leather; the controller is not responsive (e.g., it will continue to run after turning off...and becomes unresponsive). If you buy the chair for the chair itself fine, but if you are looking for the massage feature, don't waste time and money .. look for other options.
