Good quality, but not for Plus Size person

It’s a basic conference-room chair—sturdy, with good-quality parts. Assembly was straightforward until the final step, when the alignment made it difficult to fit the last screw. After several attempts, we were finally able to get it in place. I do want to emphasize: if you are plus-size, do not buy this chair. I am a plus-size woman and I only fit barely. The side arms press into my hips and become uncomfortable after sitting for a while. I would recommend choosing a larger, more accommodating chair instead. For someone with a small or medium frame, however, this chair would work well.

Chair tearing apart at seams.

I have owned this chair for less than two months and the seat is already beginning to tear apart. They say this chair is rated up to 500lbs and I am nowhere near that max rating. I have contacted JONPONY and have requested a replacement/repair to the chair via their manufacturer's warranty and am awaiting a response. I will update this review contingent on the response from JONPONY.

Don't buy!!

Looks was deceiving. I purchased this chair for better support to my back and it made it feel worse. The seats is very uncomfortable and I hurt with this chair. I have tried to put seat pad for comfort to my bottom and it's no help feels like a board I'm sitting on. Do not buy spend money for what you want. Will be returning or giving away.
