I ♥️ this cane. It helps me to stand up properly. I had a back operation June 2019. The surgeon that operated on me wasn't qualified.Yes, he is a surgeon, an Orthopedic surgeon that specializes in the spine and muscles. What should have taken only 2-3 hours turned into 7 hours. He wasn't a NEUROSURGEON. As a result I can not stand up straight. My balance is off. I can't EXPAND my lungs to breathe at times. The nerves are horrible. The pain is EXCRUCIATING. Truthfully, worser than before the operation. Like I mentioned above, the cane helps me with stability, standing, balance, posture, and to walk better and further. I don't feel I should have to take these pain pills the rest of my life due to this operation. Unfortunately for me, not one surgeon will fix the problem. if it can be fixed. I purchased because of the design of the handle. I have used canes and all of them usually given me shoulder pain but this one allows my arm to take most of the shock. allows me to stand taller and in so doing makes my balance more secure. I like the fact it gives me more ofa walking stick feel than a the slump feel of a cane. Less stress on my shoulder and wrist! Also dont have to look on where to hang it because of the foot on it it stands up on most flat surfaces. Definitely recommend.
