This item makes for a great balancing assist especially for folks who are disabled or can't walk without the risk of falling. Grip on it is very good and the bottom of the cane is so balanced it can walk on any surface without collapsing. Disassemble is very easy as well as assembling it. Collapse is no worry with this so you can rest assure you feel safe using without risk of falling. Overall, nothing to really dislike about this product and recommend to folks who are not able to walk without assistance. 👍

The bottom of the cane grabs the ground. It is great for walking, the base does not hold the cane upright unattended though. For me the walking mechanism is more important and that works great.
