This thing works better than anything. I have tried to remove cracked skin on my heels or feet. However, be very careful and go very slowly and maybe wait a day once you've gotten a decent amount off you don't wanna hurt yourself. I took a little bit too much off and it made my heel very sore for about a day. It's absolutely amazing though I didn't include it before picture, but this is the after
