I would recommend following the size guide, and then sizing one up, especially if the baby is of average size for his/her age. If your baby is a little bit bigger, the soft material will easily stretch and maintain its shape at the same time. Easy to put on a baby, and the bodysuit snaps allow for easy diaper access/changes without having to remove the entire bodysuit.
