I am using this pot in an unconventional way, but it looks great and is doing exactly what I need it to do. I have a spigot that is connected to a PVC pipe that is next to my pool. The pipe is exposed to potentially being damaged, so this pot is protecting it from being damaged.

I wanted a nice planter for my palm, and this one is perfect. It does come unassembled, but it was relatively easy to put together. It looks so much more expensive although it is just plastic pieces that snap into each other. It does make a nice statement without the expense .
