It's easy to change the tip on it if you heat some water in a glass in the microwave and dip rubber tip in the hot water until the rubber tip warms up. it then comes off easily and you can put the new one on. Be sure to push cane all the way down evenly to balance it so it stands.

Easy to unfold and fold. Changing the "foot" is a bit challenging for the tripod style as it's hard to push on enough to make it "hold" while the rubber cup tip pushes on easily and stays there. Easy to adjust to the correct height, as well. Very satisfied.

For the price, this is a nice nice cane. The colors are pretty also some people complained about the difficulty switching the tips, but I put the larger one on and just left it. In my opinion, you don't need that small tip anyway. That makes it less sturdy. Love, the fact that it folds.
