L'Oréal Pro Last eye liner pencil.

L'Oréal sells a sharpener to use to keep the pencil sharp. They also suggest keeping the pencil in the freezer prior to sharpening. This pencil is the only liner that I have tried that stays on even when my eyes water when outside. It is the best!
