Blackstone, the way to go grilling!

So far, everything has exceeded my expectations. The assembly was very straightforward and easy. I bought the 28", 2 burner grill because I live by myself. I seasoned the grill 4 times to try and make sure I got it seasoned correctly. The burners were hot and the heat seemed to spread evenly. The more time spent on the surface of the grill, the better the outcome. The shelf on the bottom seems to be sturdy. I checked Lowes before purchasing this griddle and their cheapest small gas grill was nearly $400 more than this top-of-the-line grill.

Blackstone 2 burner grill

Great little grill top. Very easy to set up and get cooking. I have several friends that have this same unit and we all love cooking on it. Well built and sturdy. Worth the price.

Excellent griddle

I'm impressed and obsessed with using this griddle. As a avid cast iron collector and user. There is no learning curve of how to care for it. I clean and season it the same as my cast-iron pieces.
