this Mouth guard is so easy to work with. Once I figured out the right fit, it took me 5 times, i was able to pop it in snuggly. It took 5 times because the first fitting was perfect but I wanted to see if I could reshape it multiple times as advertised. I purchased this to use while I sleep to prevent grinding of teeth and to help with snoring. According to hubby it works. I'll have to take his word for it.
