We were skeptical at first. It came in a small box. Once we unrolled it, it puffed up. We washed and dried it in a machine, and it filled out. Our 18 lb Schauzer really likes it. It has bolsters on each side and seems to be quite comfortable. We throw it into the laundry every couple of weeks, and it washes well and dries quickly. We bought another one for our Airstream trailer.
