I already reviewed this item! Your feedback system is no better than how your employees do customer service in your stores! Rude, unresponsive, and when you reach out to a supervisor or manager, they simply brush you off! Here, the left hand apparently doesn't know what the right hand is doing! I'm a University professor that teaches Operations AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THOUSANDS OF STUDENTS A YEAR! I used to cite Walmart's customer service as exemplary, but since the new management group took over, you are going the way of K-Mart! You need to hire better quality people, train them well AND FOLLOW UP ON THIER PERFORMANCE! ESPECIALLY THE MANAGERS, SUPERVISORS AND LEADERS. Now all my students, friends and acquaintances will get the full dark picture of how careless management can take a superb-functionning organization and run it into the ground!!
