Love broccoli and cauliflower!

I brought this brand because I could control the sodium content in my food. I also love that there are no carrots in this product. Usually a vegetable medley has an abundance of carrots. I wish Walmart carried the larger bag of just broccoli and cauliflower.

good quantity, but..

with plain frozen veggies like these, i have to put in adds...butter, garluc, spices , sour cream etc. The quality is good. i think theyre a bit overpriced fpr the amt the pkg says it contains . But a pkg of these for dinner helps take away the guilt of the serving of ice cream recently enjoyed. lol!

These are some of the only frozen vegetables we could find that did not have a half ton of artificial ingredients added. I cook them about 30 seconds less than called for so they have not turned completely to mush. Very handy to have available. We add some butter and sometimes some cheese for additional flavor.
