This is a fun, easy-to-use way to make ice cubes for fancy drinks. They are a bit smaller than the typical spherical ice cubes and you do have to use them within a reasonable amount of time or move to the freezer, but no more worry about the struggle of dealing with the spherical molds and they're easy to pop out quickly.
