I have also used the Lansinoh nipples and they fit to this bottle as well. And they fit to this bottle as well. As you can see from the pictures, it comes with two nipples, a spout and a nipple. The nipple doesn't say what flow so not sure but it might be obviously a little bit of a faster flow since this is targeted for four months and up, you can take out the handles and also use it with other ma'am bottles.

this helped so much with my daughters transition to sippy cups but you have to be careful cleaning the nipple bc they're easy to puncture. we had to throw away a nipple bc it got a whole in it from washing and it would spill
