It does act as a blood thinners so you have to be careful about that. I've ordered several other supplements from Walmart and my one frustration is that often you don't know how many capsules are considered one serving. Purchasing in the store you can look at the fine print on the back but purchasing online I sometimes could not find any place that gave me that information. So I ordered a supplement that was 4000 FU's thinking that was one capsule… It actually took two capsules to get that full amount. Otherwise, my transaction through Walmart online was very good

Nattokinase assists in one's heart health

Nattokinase is primarily taken to support cardiovascular health by breaking down blood clots, improving circulation, and maintaining healthy blood pressure and cholesterol levels. I also take Resveratrol which is a plant polyphenol and potent antioxidant found in grapes, berries, peanuts, and red wine. It is heavily researched for its potential to combat aging, reduce inflammation, protect cardiovascular health, and support metabolic function. With the two my cholesterol levels are dropping significantly and Nattokinase assists with blood clots since I had a pulmonary embelism. It's all about prevention.
