I have arthritis in my knees, so having the right workspace is important. The shelf on the bottom is a perfect footrest for being able to keep my knees straight, avoiding pain. I was a bit confused in some parts when following the instructions so I had undo my work a couple of times but once it was done I was happy with it. I needed a small desk to work at home and I have limited space so it fulfills my need. The edge is a bit sharp so when working and resting my arms you could geel it.. So I plan to have something installed on the edge for protection.
