The bed itself is comfortable, but there is a giant bubble in the middle. I bought the bed on August 23, 2024. the bubble began to appear in the 3rd week that I had it. now it's fully down the length of the bed. it doesn't feel like a bubble anymore but feels like whatever is under the top layer is bunched into this spot. I haven't found any way to make this thing go away. it's very frustrating, and now I feel like I'm either stuck with this thing or have to buy another mattress. I will not buy NapQueen again.

Feels like quicksand! Do not buy!

If you loved sinking into a ball pit as a kid and have always longed to sleep that way, this bed is for you! Have you ever wanted to experience sleeping in quick sand? If so, this bed is for you! Everyone else should stay away. My husband and I purchased this hoping for comfort and a good night's sleep. Instead we found we continually sunk in and had to physically strive to move on this bed. Whether you sleep on your side, back, or stomach, your body is about to be swallowed alive. We have no idea how to return this thing since the website says they can't pick it up once it's opened (understandable), but we cannot keep it. Stay away from this mattress! Unless you love quick sand and ball pits. In that case, get the King size. You will love it.
