I love peppers and onions in a number of my dishes. I live alone so the purchase and use of these peppers have gone to waste. I started dicing them and freezing them for future use. The cost of the variety of peppers I like can be a bit costly. I was very happy to discover i can purchase these peppers frozen at a very reasonable price. They are good if not better than what I was storing. I use what I need and leave the bag with the frozen peppers in my freezer. The bag it comes in keeps them frozen better than even the freezer bags I use. It's great purchase especially if you don't plan on using them right away.
