The Kilim Collection of native flat weave carpets displays the fine weaving traditions used by nomadic peoples from the Middle East to Central Asia. Tribal-inspired rug designs are re-styled for contemporary sensibilities and decorative preferences. Every Kilim uGu is woven by hand using pure wool and a myriad of patterns, shapes and striking colors to create unique, casual works of art for the floor.- Hand woven flat weaved in India

This rug sheds it's gray fibers badly
This rug's pattern and colors perfectly coordinate to our furniture on a gray LVP floor; hence our purchasing it. It feels good and it looks good (and is atop a basic underlayment to keep it from shifting). HOWEVER, it sheds - really badly - the gray wool-ish fibers wherever any one is seated and the feet stay in place. Little balls and rolls of the fiber appear atop the rug. I am sure those areas will eventually wear down. We think we have to return it. We have had quite a few Savafiah rugs over the years and have never had a problem like this with any of them! In pictures below The large area is how nice it looks with our furniture and flooring BUT second one shows awful shedding we have to clear off daily
