Foreign vendor in China

Ordered two mediums and was shipped one med and one 2xl from China! Sent message to Walmart and they forward it to this vendor in China. Seller asks for picture of the shirt, I comply, then they ask for picture of the shipping bag, for what purpose you got me?! As if I'm lying to them and the shipping bag has something to do with them shipping the wrong size? Should have been a refund or a medium shirt shipped. Neither have occurred. It's deceptive that you order a product on Walmart.com and it's not filled by Walmart employees but some foreign small vendor.
