From the very beginning, the seller clearly communicated and assured me that they took full responsibility for the order, which gave me confidence throughout the process. The bed arrived very well packaged, both externally and internally. Each individual part was carefully packed separately. I hired a professional to assemble the bed, but thanks to the clear and detailed instructions, everything was easy to understand and fully matched the provided instructions. I would also like to highlight the storage drawers under the bed — they are excellent, ergonomic, and very practical for organizing items. The LED lighting is another great feature: it offers multiple modes and intensity levels, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. The quality of the materials is very good for the price.
