It's made really cheap. I was so disappointed with how long it actually took to make ice. The ice was super watery. It couldn't even be put in the freezer after being made to save for later because it was so watery it just froze into one big block. There is definitely not the option to make the ice and consume within the same half hour or really even hour. It took 1 hr to make. I'm not sure why Frigidaire would even think this is good enough to sell honestly. I will be returning unfortunately.

Not helpful – avoid this seller. I purchased an ice maker from them and it was a complete disappointment. When the product stopped working, they kept referring me to the third-party warranty I purchased. The warranty company said because the unit is less than a year old, the seller is responsible. After a couple of back-and-forth questions, the warranty provider also told me they could no longer help. I was left stuck with a faulty product and no support. Very frustrating experience – save yourself the hassle and avoid this seller.
