My son has been wanting a drone but we didn't want to invest in something too expensive and too difficult to control. This mini drone is the perfect size and style for what we were looking for. The drone is well built and comes with a very nice carrying case with all the accessories and extra parts you need. You simply download the app to your phone and connect the drone to a local network and begin to fly. Definitely advise not letting a young child take full control but it's easy enough for them to slowly fly around to get the experience and thrill of seeing their drone fly. It's fun to take videos which are pretty clear considering the overall price. Again perfect for beginners where the drone is durable enough to take some basics falls on soft grassy areas but any breaks can be fixed with the extra propellers they supply.

Just as described. I've only flown it once, but it took off to about 4 and 1/2 feet from its starting position. Easy enough to fly. I haven't synced the phone to the camera, but I suspect that will be easy enough. The app for the camera requires the phone to scan a bar code. I would have preferred a web site listing.
