took me 14 days to get use to it and it works better than cpap machine,don't give up and no your tongue wont fall off because off the little suction pressure it gives to the tongue you start with low pressure till you find your pressure spot that works for you for it to stay on all nigt and you are set.

These little devices do help alleviate snoring/sleep apnea, and they are easy to use and travel with. These were offered at a decent price and quick shipping. Based on the photo I was expecting two plastic cases for the two devices, but I only received one case holding both of them. Not a big deal, but somewhat misleading.
