well packaged. very well made. directions were just pictures but we figured it out except we put the locking wheels on the same side instead of one on each side. it holds a lot of laundry. wheels are industrial. just what we needed to catch the laundry in the basement when we toss it down the chute. hoping to get many years of use out of it.
