I bought this for my new mountain bike. I'm not going on any real adventures yet - just around the neighborhood to get some fresh air and exercise. Best seat for the money if you want an upgrade from a standard saddle and have back issues. The padding is firm, but it definitely provides quality cushion for more lumbar support. Don't bother with the options that have a backrest. The leverage of that design on the downtube means it moves around in-use even when you've tightened the tube (210 lbs for reference). Even on a powered bike, it's hard to lean back and use the backrest as intended. The shipping time was more than reasonable and faster than I expected. Some items look nice in the product information then feel cheap once you receive it, but the in-hand quality of this seat matches the presentation.
