I am sure I will be happy once I can start using it. The reason for the low rating is because, 1 it was supposed to be here on June 26 th, then 26th,then it just said delayed! Then it magically appears in my garage to day! I had opened my garage door because I was wrestling a box into my garage! By the time I got it out there,my freezer was in the garage!! Then I got a text saying it was delivered!! Tada!!!

Good freezer but may get damaged product

Keep the item cold but received a damaged unit. Side panel was dented and no option for replacement, have to return and re-order with increased price.
