I bought it for my e-scooter. It's small but sturdy. You can close either the rear wheel or tie it with the central rod. It's a shame that the support isn't the right diameter for the scooter, it's made to put it under the bike saddle, otherwise it's perfect!

It is lightweight. I would not want to leave it for any length of time because it seems the metal (not steel) could be cut. It may work for other things so I am likely to keep it. The bracket fits the frame of my bike under the seat. A video or diagram would have been nice to have.
