2020 Apple 10.2-inch iPad Wi-Fi 128GB (8th Generation)

Apple is by far the best tablet I have ever owned. This particular tablet is 10.2" which is a really good size. The tablet is really thin and has a super sleek look. Setting up was really easy. Basically just power it up and then follow the instructions. If you already have an Apple ID you will need your log in information. If you do not already have an Apple ID you can easily set one up on your new iPad. The iPad was charged to around 52% when I first turned it on so I had plenty of juice to get it set up and play around with it for a good while. The battery seems to last a long time. I only have to charge it a couple times a week and I use it quite a bit. Everyone is different in what they want. You will need to go in and customize your settings which can take a while. I have had my iPad a couple of weeks and I still am finding things I need to customize. It is set up to automatically use "the cloud" which you may like. I do not. I do not store my stuff in "the cloud". I back up to my personal computer or external devices. Things like Siri are also auto turned on. I also turned this off. And everything that tracks me. Another thing that seemed new to me was the iPad automatically synced with other devices that are signed in to the same Apple ID and this is not something I personally wanted so that is something you have to turn off manually. I have found that anything I did not know how to do or change in settings I could just google my question and easily find step by step instructions on how to fix it. This iPad generation is a little different in waking it up. You press the home button (the little circle at the bottom or side depending on how you are holding it) and then swipe up from the bottom and your pass code pad comes up. I think you also have the option to use a finger print or face recognition to log in with. Also unlike the earlier generations the pass code is 7 digits instead of 4. The iPad is 128 gig so you have plenty of space for all the apps you want and even to download books and movies for offline viewing. The iPad seems really fast in anything I want to do. You can video and take still shot pictures and you have a front are rear facing camera. I am really happy with my purchase and would recommend this to anyone looking for a tablet. The price is very reasonable. I would definitly purchase this again or purchase as a gift for anyone who wanted a tablet. You also will need to download the latest version of IOS which it should prompt you to do when setting up.
