Should’ve made sure the battery could hold a charge and also the charging cord plug part broke and now I have to spend more money to replace that on top of already having to pay almost $200 to replace the battery would’ve been cheaper to buy a brand new one.

If I have paid for insurance why was I refunded or sent new tablets for my daughters this was suppose to be a Christmas gift how disappointing
